    I’m looking into doing a cafe/bagel venture, it would be my first time and I could do with all the help I could get, I.e. names of equipment to use, ingredients required etc.
    I see you do a franchise opportunity as well, more info on this would be appreciated, however, I am based in the uk and feel that bagels haven’t really kicked off like it has in the states. This I feel, would be a huge advantage to get into this market right now.
